With seven floors of low-rise, campus-style architecture, the building seamlessly integrates with public spaces, transportation networks, and premium retail and hospitality amenities.

 

LIVEFIRM was contracted for all aspects of base-built carpentry, including the intricate external façade envelope. Emphasizing sustainability, Wynyard Quarter Innovation has achieved an esteemed 6-Star Green Star rating, underscoring its commitment to eco-friendly design. Key sustainable features include rainwater recycling systems for the living wall, solar panels installed on the roof, electric vehicle charging points in the carpark, and comprehensive end-of-trip facilities offering lockers, showers, towels, and bike repair services to support active commutes.
