Stephen has over 10 years of construction experience, specialising in quality assurance and site management. Starting as a Carpentry Apprentice at LIVEFIRM, he progressed into leadership roles, gaining expertise in risk mitigation, inspections, and compliance with New Zealand's building codes and standards.

As Head of Quality Assurance, Stephen drives strategic initiatives, including implementing quality systems with Autodesk Construction Cloud to ensure compliance and excellence from project inception. Known for his leadership and collaboration, he works with departments, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to maintain high standards across LIVEFIRM’s operations.
