Since joining LIVEFIRM in 2019, Daric has applied his international expertise as a Quantity Surveyor and Registered Consulting Engineer in China, combined with a Master of Construction Management degree from New Zealand, to bridge global practices with local standards. He effectively manages projects and teams within the subcontractor domain, delivering high-quality results aligned with LIVEFIRM's commitment to safety and quality.

Daric played a key role in the Seascape Project, Auckland CBD’s tallest residential building, overseeing LIVEFIRM’s scope of concrete works from the five-level basement to Level 55. Known for his reliability and leadership, he fosters a productive work environment, aligning team strengths to achieve project goals.
