A Licensed Building Practitioner in Carpentry and Site Supervision with a National Diploma in Construction Management, he excels in project planning, scheduling, and resource management, contributing to efficient and timely project delivery.

Alex played a key role in the Scott Building Middlemore recladding project, which was completed a year ahead of schedule despite COVID-19 challenges. With expertise in Auckland Council’s building inspection processes and a focus on safety, quality, and open communication, Alex consistently supports successful outcomes aligned with LIVEFIRM’s core values.
