Managing Director
TK started his career as a Project Manager with a major developer and ventured into sub-contracting after 15 years. His reputation is built on a steadfast commitment to completing projects on time and a collaborative approach to overcoming challenges with main contractors.
With over NZD 500 million in completed projects, TK has positioned LIVEFIRM as one of the most sought-after subcontractors in the construction market. Under his leadership, LIVEFIRM has grown into a super subcontractor with over two decades of industry presence, consistently delivering exceptional quality and setting new benchmarks in the industry.
Freddie Tian
Director – South Island
Freddie Tian began his professional journey as a Quantity Surveyor with a tier 1 construction company in Auckland. Relocating to the South Island in 2013, he served as the General Manager for LIVEFIRM Construction's South Island branch, before becoming Director.
Throughout his career, Freddie has honed his management skills and developed exceptional people skills. Known for his dedication to his team and customers, Freddie’s commitment to delivering effective solutions has made him a respected leader in the industry.
Jacky Wong
General Manager – Construction
Jacky is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with three decades of industry experience, having successfully managed over 80 projects with a combined value exceeding NZD 300 million. His expertise in high-level planning and resource management plays a pivotal role in LIVEFIRM's operations.
Jacky’s meticulous approach ensures projects are executed with minimal on-site variations, delivering cost efficiency and timely completion. This commitment to precision and collaboration strengthens relationships with project partners, contributing to LIVEFIRM’s reputation for excellence in the construction industry.
Frederick Chua
General Manager – HSE, Finance & Admin
A Certified Internal Auditor (CIA®) and Certified Risk Manager (CRMA®), Frederick brings 14 years of experience as a General Manager, including eight years at a publicly listed company and six years at LIVEFIRM.
Frederick’s expertise in financial control, risk management, and operations has been pivotal to LIVEFIRM’s growth, ensuring projects are delivered with financial stability and operational excellence. His leadership strengthens the company’s commitment to achieving high standards across all areas of operation.
